1. International Propeller Club names Deputy Minister of Shipping Marina Hadjimanolis “Maritime Person of the Year”
On 25 October 2024, the International Propeller Club honored Cyprus’ Shipping Deputy Minister, Ms. Marina Hadjimanolis with its prestigious Maritime Person of the Year Award, at the annual meeting held in Tampa, Florida.
Ms. Hadjimanolis is the first Cypriot to receive this significant distinction, recognizing her contributions to the global shipping industry.
This award is a major international acknowledgment for Cyprus, highlighting the government’s efforts to strengthen our Registry and advance the shipping sector.
On behalf of CUS members, our President, Mr. Andreas Hadjiyiannis, warmly congratulated Ms. Hadjimanolis on this outstanding achievement.
